Weight loss is a major concern for my clients.

Common complaints before treatment include: “I can eat great for 2 months, but I’m back making poor food choices again” “I feel stressed about food, and it’s hard to get motivated for exercise”, and “I really need to lose weight for health reasons.” Weight loss hypnosis helps you create a healthy relationship with food, where you are relaxed and in control. We work to address overeating, emotional eating (binging) and food cravings. We work together on confidence and increasing energy.

What helps to lose weight?

With so many weight loss systems and programs co-existing, it is important to get support to determine what is working and not working for you. A method you can be confident in and is consistent works best.

  • Drink enough water throughout the day
  • Hot water in the morning is beneficial for the metabolism
  • Restful sleep and lower stress overall is an advantage
  • Diet and zero-sugar soft drinks hinder the metabolism
  • Increase vegetables, dahl and good fats
  • Limit intake of dairy, sugar and heavy meats
  • Know your unhealthy triggers, such as stress, tiredness & anxiety
  • Practice mindfulness questions. E.g. “Am I hungry or bored?”

Over the past 15 years, I have extensively studied what it takes to transform and believe ongoing learning is important for long-term well-being. My style is non-judgmental, having overcome challenges with drug use, sugar cravings, chronic fatigue and anxiety disorders. Any issue you want to work through is seen as an opportunity.
