Mixed Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl. Smoothie

  • 100 g acai puree (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup blackberries (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup raspberries (frozen)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  1. Add acai puree, berries, banana, coconut milk, and peanut butter in a blender. Blend smoothly. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little bit of water.

  2. Now pour the smoothie into serving bowls and garnish with different toppings. You can use fresh fruits and seeds of your choice.

  3. Enjoy.
