  • 33 gms Dried Apricots
  • 55 gms Prosciutto (cut in half)

  1. Gently wrap each dried apricot with prosciutto. Enjoy!

  2. Left overs refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.

    One serving equals approximately four to five prosciutto-wrapped apricots.

    Additional Toppings – add goat cheese and walnuts.
