Important Information
Private Health Insurance Rebates
Many services are eligible for private health insurance rebates including Remedial Massage, Clinical Nutrition, and Acupuncture. Check with your fund for specific cover. HICAPS available for instant claims on selected services.
Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plans
If you have a chronic health condition and a GP Management Plan or Team Care Arrangement, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for Clinical Nutritionist services and some other allied health services. Ask your GP about CDM eligibility.
Concession Rates
We offer concession pricing for Aged Pensioners, Full-time Students, and Healthcare Card Holders. Please bring your concession card to your appointment. Concession rates apply to selected services only.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will incur a fee. Missed appointments (no-show with no contact on the date of your consultation) are charged at the full consultation rate.
